OUR PRODUCTS

What are your diners made from?
Most of our diners are constructed from high quality wrought iron and steel. Our wooden diners are made from 100% real wood. Our Porchside diners are made from 100% recycled plastic.

Where are your products made?
All of our wrought iron products are made at our factory in Mexico. Our wood diners and steps, as well as our Porchside diners are made in the USA. Our stainless steel bowls are made in India. 

What are the dimensions of the stainless steel bowls?
Small - 1 qt (approx) - Diameter 6 5/8"; Depth 2 5/8"

Med - 2 qt (approx) - Diameter 8 3/8"; Depth 2 6/8"
Lg - 3 qt (approx) - Diameter 9 7/8"; Depth 3 1/4"

Are your bowls dishwasher safe?
The stainless steel bowls are top rack dishwasher safe. The wrought iron diners are NOT.  

Can your products be used outdoors?
With the exception of the Porchside (RDB26) and Vision (RDB17) diners, our products are intended for indoor use only. Although the powder coat finish on all of our products is water resistant, it is not UV resistant.

What is the best way to care for a diner?
We recommend using a slightly dampened cloth to wipe down a diner a few times a week to keep crusted food or water from eating away at the powder coat finish.

Do any ceramic bowls fit in your diners?

ORDERING

Do you have minimum orders?
No, we have no minimums.

What is your turnaround time?
Most orders ship within 3-5 days.   During peak times, shipping times can vary.  If you have a rush order, contact us directly and let us know when you need it.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and offer terms to customers whose accounts are in good standing, for follow up orders.  Initial orders must all be prepaid.  We can also ship COD.

Can I order directly?
Yes, you can order directly from us, our dealers and sales reps. Visit our consumer website - www.nmndesigns.com for our latest modern designs.  

Who do you sell to?
We sell to independent retailers and boutiques and pet owners.  Our products cannot be bought at any of the big box pet chains. 



SHIPPING


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost varies between 8-20% depending on the size of your order, as well as the designs and sizes of the individual pieces in your order.  We ship out of Melrose Park, IL, 60160.

Do you drop ship?
Yes, we are happy to drop ship orders for our customers.  We have a drop ship fee in addition to UPS ground charges and ship all orders within 1-3 days (unless out of stock).  Potential drop ship customers should contact us for permission to borrow images and to set up an account.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of items in new condition within 30 days of the original sale.  Please contact us before returning an item back to us. Customers should use their PO# as their RMA#.
