The base is weighted, making the Loft Dog Stairs suitable for small to large dogs (up to 180 lbs.). Crystal tips on the base prevent sliding or scratching. Made in USA (steps) and Mexico (base).

Wholesale Returns of new, unused items can be made within 30 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges, unless the product was damaged upon receipt.

Damaged items or missing pieces must be reported within 3 days of receiving order. We will issue a call tag for damaged pieces to be returned. Please contact us directly if you believe you received a damaged or defective item. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
