Orders ship via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground or Home.
Wholesale Returns of new, unused items can be made within 30 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to return shipping charges, unless the product was damaged upon receipt.
Retail Returns of new, unused items can be made within 30 days and are subject to initial shipping charges incurred by Pets Stop, as well as return shipping charges, unless the product is reported damaged upon receipt.
Damaged items or missing pieces must be reported within 3 days of receiving order. We will issue a call tag for damaged pieces to be returned. Please contact us directly if you believe you received a damaged or defective item. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges for different styles, sizes or colors can be made within 30 days of the initial purchase, and are subject to any additional shipping charges.
